# What's new

> What changes in Hirify, month by month

The changes you can see from your workspace. Fixes and technical work that don't change how you use the product aren't listed.

<Update label="September 2026" description="v2.51 to v2.63">
  **The Assistant gets straight to the answer.** Each answer opens with a line that sums up what the Assistant looked at, for example "2 interviews found · 2 analyses read". One click expands it. The answer comes next, followed by what it's based on.

  * **Interview passages**: each quoted excerpt shows its speaker.
  * **Documents**: interview notes, a brief, or an outreach draft opens in a card with its actions.
  * **Sources**: under the answer, one chip per candidate, job, or search consulted. One click shows the details.
  * **Your feedback**: say under each answer whether it helped.

  **The Assistant answers in your language.** Write to it in English and it answers in English, even if your workspace is in French. The conversation title and the message drafts also follow the language of your request.

  **Clarifying takes one click.** When the Assistant needs more detail, the choices appear under its question. You can also type your own answer in the input field.

  **A CV analysis ends with a summary.** The Assistant reads the attached documents, then writes up what it takes from them.

  **All of a candidate's interviews.** Ask for a candidate's interview by name. The Assistant lists every matching interview, from newest to oldest.

  **The input field gets lighter.** It fits on one line and grows with your message. You can keep editing it while the Assistant answers. The Assistant / Sourcing switch is gone from the field. Sourcing opens from the menu.

  **Sourcing keeps your decisions.** On the results page, "Shortlist" adds a profile to the search's shortlist, at the top of the list. "Copy shortlist" copies those shortlisted profiles. Excluding a profile removes it from the shortlist.

  * **One row per profile**: the name, the current job, and four status dots for skills, experience, interview, and logistics.
  * **A shorter file**: the verdict and the four criteria on a single strip, the summary, then strengths and watch-outs.
  * **Every claim names its source**: one click opens the interview excerpt at its timestamp, the passage from the CV, or the field from the candidate's profile in your ATS.
  * **A question about the profiles**: the field under the list opens the Assistant in a conversation linked to the search.

  **A search keeps going without you.** Opening another search or leaving the page no longer stops a running search. It carries on in the background, and the page picks it back up when you return, with the profiles already evaluated. Only the "Stop" button interrupts it. A banner reminds you of the running search for as long as it takes up your slot.

  **Hirify now speaks English.** Each person picks the language of their workspace in **Settings**, then **Profile**. The interface, emails, and notifications follow that choice. Your colleagues keep their own, since the setting is personal.

  * **Interface language**: French or English, chosen by each user.
  * **Language of notes and analyses**: your organization decides which language the interview notes, key takeaways, insights, and deal-breakers are written in. You can also ask for the language of the interview.

  Quotes always keep the words spoken during the interview, whatever language you choose. Existing accounts stay in French, and a new account takes the browser's language.

  **Non-recruiting meetings are recognized.** A recorded client call or team meeting no longer triggers a candidate analysis. The meeting gets notes suited to it (context, points discussed, decisions, action items) and stays out of your interview statistics, Sourcing, and candidate history.

  * **Meeting badge**: the recordings list tells meetings apart from interviews, with a filter by category.
  * **Analyze anyway**: if a meeting was actually an interview, one click from its page runs the full analysis.
  * **Organization setting**: detection can be turned off in the integration settings.

  **Support requests can be read without opening the conversation.** Each request sent to support now shows a summary, where there used to be a single sentence. The list keeps a short title to spot the request, and one click expands the details.

  * **The request**: what was observed, where, and what had already been tried.
  * **Support reply**: the diagnosis and what was fixed.
  * **Still outstanding**: a check expected on your side or an announced fix.

  The summary now updates on its own as the conversation goes on. The message count is corrected on the oldest exchanges. The page is still limited to your organization's administrators, under **Support requests**.

  **The meeting title is picked up automatically.** A recording started from a video meeting link takes the meeting's title instead of a generic default title.

  **The full interview notes can be shared with a link.** From the interview page, "Share the analysis" sends the note to your ATS along with a link to the full interview notes. The manager opens it without a Hirify account. You can remove that link at any time, and the page then becomes unavailable.

  **SmartRecruiters imports the whole talent pool.** Candidates with the New or Rejected status are now part of the synced copy. They used to be left out. The first import of a large account finishes in a few minutes, and profiles are completed afterward in the background, without delaying real-time updates.

  **Teamtailor connects with an Admin key.** The connection sets up your account's notifications by itself, and status changes arrive in under a minute. Disconnecting removes them.

  **A failed sync is visible.** The integration card shows the error and what you can do about it.

  **Automatic notes show up without reloading the interview page.**

  **Sourcing rules criterion by criterion.** Each criterion of your search gets its own verdict, where everything used to come out "Partial". A strong profile comes out confirmed. An off-target profile comes out not established.

  * **Without an interview**: the interview criterion is left out of the calculation instead of counting as a middle value, which makes the ranking more accurate.
  * **View interview**: from a profile that came from your ATS, the interview used to evaluate it opens in one click.
  * **Run search again**: a search run again within 24 hours with the same requirements reuses the evaluations already done, and the result arrives much faster.

  **Interview notes keep the employer named out loud.** When the recruiter names the company while going over the CV and the candidate carries on without repeating it, the experience no longer shows up without an employer.

  **Interview notes no longer comment on the transcript.** A poorly captured sentence no longer leads to a remark about recording quality. The meaning is reported when it's clear. Otherwise, the information is presented as unavailable.

<Update label="August 2026" description="v2.44 to v2.50">
  **The home page is rebuilt.** The dashboard brings together the Assistant, the four ways to start an interview, your recent interviews, and today's calendar. You can ask a question or call a candidate without leaving the page.

  **The interview page takes a new shape.** A single bar on the right groups the actions, the analysis, and the ATS panel. Interview notes are now always produced after each analyzed interview.

  * **Key takeaways**: a new view, shorter than the interview notes, that sums up the interview in a few lines.
  * **Transformations**: format interview notes, change their length, or translate them from the **Actions** panel.
  * **Speaker identification**: a window suggests the names it heard and lets you correct who said what.
  * **Candidate CV**: you upload it directly in the **Analysis** panel.

  **The Analysis panel reads in three layers**: the overall assessment, what's still to decide, and what's already covered. A **Legal watch-outs** section appears when the interview touched on a discrimination criterion as defined in Article L1132-1 of the French Labor Code.

  **Sourcing and the Assistant share the same composer.** You switch from one to the other without losing what you started typing. The Sourcing results screen is redesigned, with profiles grouped by match tier.

  **The Assistant finds what was said.** You can ask it for a specific passage from an interview, and it quotes the timestamped excerpt.

  **The Templates page is redesigned** in two panes, with the list on the left and the template on the right.

  **A failed analysis can be run again** from the interview page, without going through support.

  **Teamtailor installs from its marketplace.** The connection sets itself up, with no key to copy.

  **An audio file can be uploaded from the home page.** The **Upload audio** button transcribes and analyzes an existing recording, just like an interview recorded live.

  **Downloads have meaningful names.** Interview notes download as "Interview notes - candidate - job - interview date", instead of a generic name dated the day of the download.

  **Settings and the Help center are at the bottom of the sidebar**, without going through the account menu.
</Update>

<Update label="July 2026" description="v2.30 to v2.43">
  **Analytics arrives.** You describe in plain language what you want to track, and Hirify builds the dashboard. Five starting points are offered, from pipeline health to interview activity. A **Data reliability** page shows which analyses are available, which ones are still locked, and the step that makes them available.

  **The Assistant can build and find these dashboards**, displayed right in the conversation.

  **Nicoka joins the ATSs you can connect**, alongside SmartRecruiters and Teamtailor.

  **Your recruiting data gets richer.** Syncing now brings in:

  * **Job families**: a taxonomy that segments your jobs, which you can correct from the settings.
  * **Locations**: jobs are mapped to French regions.
  * **Salary expectations**: on the candidate side, and salary ranges on the job side, as annual salary or daily rate.
  * **Application status history**: the data behind the velocity analyses.

  **Interview notes regenerate with one button**, and the last template used can be reapplied in one click.

  **The meeting assistant shows your image.** Each organization can replace the image shown in meetings.

  **The sign-in, sign-up, and onboarding screens are redesigned.**

  **Syncing adapts to your tool.** Each connection follows its own schedule, and an interrupted sync resumes where it stopped instead of starting over.
</Update>

<Update label="June 2026" description="v2.20 to v2.29">
  **The Assistant gets more precise.** It writes summaries, produces better candidate profiles, and accepts longer requests.

  **Speaker detection gets stricter.** The roles shown match what the interview says, and misattributed turns can be corrected by hand.
