# Two-Way ATS Integration for Automatic Data Enrichment

Hirify connects to your existing ATS with a two-way integration — it reads your current talent pool and writes enriched candidate data back after every interview. No migration, no double-entry, no change to your recruiter workflows. Your ATS remains your system of record; Hirify simply makes it smarter.

## What the Integration Does

Hirify's bidirectional sync works in both directions simultaneously, keeping your ATS and Hirify perfectly aligned at all times.

### Real-Time Synchronisation

Changes flow in both directions continuously. When a recruiter updates a candidate's status in your ATS, Hirify reflects that change immediately. When Hirify captures new information from an interview, it surfaces in your ATS without any manual step. There is no nightly batch job, no export-import cycle, and no risk of stale data across systems.

## Human Control

Automation handles the heavy lifting, but every write is gated by a human decision.

  Hirify never makes automatic writes without recruiter approval. Every profile update is reviewed before it is pushed to the ATS. You stay in control of what goes into your system of record — Hirify surfaces the enriched data and waits for your confirmation before committing it.

This approval flow is designed to meet GDPR requirements and internal data-quality standards. You can review pending updates individually or in bulk from the **Review Queue** in the Hirify dashboard.

## Supported ATS Platforms

Hirify is compatible with the leading French and international ATS platforms used by recruitment agencies, ESNs, and accounting firms. The connector library is updated continuously as new integrations are certified.

## Setting Up the Integration

Connecting your ATS takes a few minutes and requires no technical expertise. The process follows the same pattern for all supported platforms:

    Follow the OAuth or API-key flow for your specific ATS. Hirify guides you through each step with platform-specific instructions.

    Choose which candidate fields to import, which fields Hirify is allowed to write back, and whether enrichment updates require manual approval or can be auto-queued for review.

    Trigger the first-time sync to load your existing talent pool into Hirify's search index. Depending on the size of your database, this typically completes within a few minutes.
