# Hirify Account Setup: Sign Up, Choose a Plan, and Configure

> Create your Hirify account, verify your email, complete onboarding, choose a plan, and configure your profile to start hiring smarter.

Before you connect an ATS or capture your first interview, you need a fully configured Hirify account. This page covers every step from the initial sign-up form through selecting the right plan and personalizing your profile so the platform is ready for your team from day one.

  <Step title="Sign up at app.hirify.fr">
    Open [app.hirify.fr](https://app.hirify.fr) in your browser and click **Get Started**. You can register in one of two ways:

    * **Email and password** — available on all plans. Enter your work email address, choose a strong password, and click **Create account**.
    * **Single Sign-On (SSO)** — available exclusively on the **Volume** plan. Your IT administrator provisions access through your organization's identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace are supported). If your company uses SSO, contact [support@hirify.fr](mailto:support@hirify.fr) before signing up so your account is linked to the correct directory.

      Volume plan customers receive a guided onboarding session with a Hirify implementation specialist, including SSO configuration, bulk seat provisioning, and a tailored template library built from your most common job descriptions.

  <Step title="Verify your email address">
    After submitting the sign-up form, Hirify sends a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click **Confirm my email**. The link expires after 24 hours — if it lapses, return to the login page and click **Resend verification email**.

    You cannot access your workspace until your email address is verified. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive within two minutes.

  <Step title="Complete the onboarding wizard">
    Once verified, Hirify launches a short onboarding wizard. Provide the following details:

    * **Company name** — used on exports, shared templates, and invoices.
    * **Team size** — helps Hirify recommend the right plan and pre-load relevant templates.
    * **Primary ATS** — select the applicant tracking system your team uses today. You can connect it immediately or skip and connect later from **Settings → Integrations**.

    The wizard typically takes under three minutes to complete and can be revisited at any time from **Settings → Workspace**.

  <Step title="Choose your plan">
    Select the subscription tier that matches your team's needs. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from **Settings → Billing**.

    | **Volume**  | Custom      | Agencies and ESNs with 50+ seats, multi-team rollout, or enterprise SSO requirements |

    All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial period, you are prompted to enter payment details or your workspace moves to read-only mode until a plan is activated.

  <Step title="Set up your profile">
    Navigate to **Settings → My Profile** to finalize your personal details:

    * **Full name and role** — displayed on interview reports and candidate summaries shared with hiring managers.
    * **Notification preferences** — choose whether to receive email alerts for completed transcripts, new candidate matches, and ATS sync events.
    * **Default template** — select the qualification framework Hirify applies automatically when you start a new interview recording.

    Your profile settings are personal and do not affect other members of your workspace.

Once your account is set up, invite your colleagues so they can start capturing interviews and searching the shared talent pool right away.
