# Invite Your Recruitment Team: Roles and Permissions

> Add team members to your Hirify workspace, assign Admin or Member roles, and start collaborating on interviews and talent pool searches.

Hirify is built for teams. The moment you invite colleagues, every interview captured and every candidate enriched becomes part of a shared, searchable talent pool — so your whole recruitment team benefits from work done by any individual member. This page explains how to send invitations, assign roles, and get everyone productive quickly.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings → Team Members">
    Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the Hirify app to open **Settings**, then select **Team Members** from the left-hand menu. You will see a list of everyone currently in your workspace along with their role and invitation status.

    Only users with the **Admin** role can access this page and send invitations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click 'Invite Member' and enter an email address">
    Click the **Invite Member** button in the top-right corner of the Team Members page. In the dialog that appears, enter the work email address of the person you want to add.

    You can invite multiple people at once by entering additional email addresses separated by commas. Each person receives their own individual invitation email.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign a role">
    Before sending the invitation, select the role you want to grant the new member:

    * **Admin** — full access to workspace settings, including integrations, billing, and user management. Assign this role to team leads or operations managers.
    * **Member** — access to interview capture, talent pool search, and shared templates. This is the right role for most recruiters and sourcers on your team.

    You can change a member's role at any time from the Team Members page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Member accepts the invitation and joins the workspace">
    The invited person receives an email from Hirify with an **Accept Invitation** link. When they click it, they are taken to [app.hirify.fr](https://app.hirify.fr) to set a password (or sign in via SSO on Volume plan). Once confirmed, they land directly in your shared workspace with access to all interviews and talent pool data appropriate to their role.

    Invitation links expire after 72 hours. If a link lapses, return to **Settings → Team Members**, find the pending invitation, and click **Resend**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Role permissions

The table below summarizes what each role can and cannot do within a Hirify workspace.

| Permission                      | Admin | Member |
| ------------------------------- | :---: | :----: |
| Capture and review interviews   |   ✅   |    ✅   |
| Search the talent pool          |   ✅   |    ✅   |
| Use and apply templates         |   ✅   |    ✅   |
| Create and edit templates       |   ✅   |    ✅   |
| Manage ATS integrations         |   ✅   |    ❌   |
| Invite and remove team members  |   ✅   |    ❌   |
| Change member roles             |   ✅   |    ❌   |
| Access billing and subscription |   ✅   |    ❌   |
| Export workspace data           |   ✅   |    ❌   |

<Tip>
  Once your whole team is onboarded, set up shared **Templates** so every recruiter works from the same qualification frameworks. Navigate to **Templates → Library** and mark any template as **Team** visibility — it will appear in everyone's template picker the next time they start an interview recording. With 24+ pre-built templates covering common roles, you can have your team standardized in minutes.
</Tip>

<Info>
  On the **Volume** plan, Hirify supports multi-team workspaces with centralized billing. You can organize seats into distinct teams — for example, separating your IT practice from your finance practice — while managing subscriptions and usage from a single admin console. Reach out to [support@hirify.fr](mailto:support@hirify.fr) to configure a multi-team structure.
