  Yes, and this is a legal requirement under GDPR. You must obtain explicit, informed consent from every candidate before recording begins.   The **Starter plan** (from €24/month billed annually, or €29/month billed monthly) gives you Hirify's core interview capture and transcription features, and works as a standalone tool without any ATS connection. The **Hub plan** (from €49/month billed annually, or €59/month billed monthly) adds full two-way ATS integration and access to the Talent Pool Chat, which lets you search your entire enriched candidate pool using natural language. If you work with an ATS and want searchable talent pools, Hub is the right choice.

  Yes. The Starter plan is designed to work as a standalone interview intelligence tool. You can capture, transcribe, and enrich interviews without connecting any ATS. If you later decide to connect your ATS, you can upgrade to the Hub plan at any time from Settings > Billing.

<Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
  You can cancel your subscription at any time from **Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription**. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, during which you can export it. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.   Hirify's transcription engine is optimised for **French and English**, covering the vast majority of interviews conducted by French recruitment teams and international ESNs. <Accordion title="How long does an ATS talent pool import take?">
  Most imports complete within **5 to 30 minutes**, depending on the size of your talent pool and the responsiveness of your ATS. Large pools containing 10,000 or more candidates may take up to 30 minutes. You can monitor import progress in **Settings > Integrations**. If your import has not completed after one hour, contact support with your ATS provider name and account details.
