Hirify uses a workspace model — your whole team shares a single talent pool and template library. Admins manage who has access and what they can do, keeping collaboration seamless while maintaining clear boundaries around sensitive settings like billing and integrations.

Roles

Hirify has two roles: Admin and Member. Assign the role that matches the level of responsibility each team member holds in your organization.

Admin

Full access to all workspace settings, integrations, billing management, user administration, and every candidate profile and interview in the workspace. Assign this role to team leads and operations managers who own the platform configuration.

Member

Can capture and review interviews, search the talent pool, and create or apply templates. Cannot access billing, manage integrations, or change user permissions. The default role for recruiters and sourcers.
Only Admins can change roles or remove users. If you need to change an Admin’s role, another Admin must make that change — an Admin cannot demote themselves.

Inviting Users

1

Open Team Members settings

In the app, navigate to SettingsTeam Members and click Invite.
2

Enter the invitee's email address

Type the email address of the person you want to add to your workspace. They will receive an invitation email with a link to activate their account.
3

Select a role

Choose either Admin or Member from the role dropdown. You can change this at any time after the invite is accepted.
4

Send the invitation

Click Send Invite. The invitee appears in your Team Members list with a Pending status until they accept.
If a team member hasn’t accepted their invite after 24 hours, resend it from SettingsTeam Members by clicking the menu next to their name and selecting Resend Invite.

Changing a User’s Role

To update a team member’s role, go to SettingsTeam Members, locate the user in the list, and click the role badge next to their name. A dropdown appears — select the new role and confirm. The change takes effect immediately and the user’s permissions update on their next action in the app.

Removing a User

To remove someone from your workspace, navigate to SettingsTeam Members, find the user, click the menu, and select Remove. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
Removing a user does not delete their captured interviews or enriched candidate profiles. All data they contributed remains fully accessible in the workspace so your talent pool stays intact.

Volume Plan: Multi-Team Setup

The Volume plan supports organizations with multiple recruitment teams that need separate, isolated workspaces — for example, different business units or regional offices — all managed under a single centralized billing account. Each team operates its own talent pool and template library while sharing the same subscription. To configure a multi-team setup, contact support@hirify.fr after activating your Volume plan. The Hirify team will guide you through workspace creation, team-level Admin assignment, and onboarding.
