After every interview captured by Hirify, structured data is written directly back to the candidate’s profile in your ATS. There is no manual entry, no copy-pasting from notes, and no lost information. Every qualification signal extracted from the conversation — skills, mobility preferences, salary expectations, availability — is stored in a structured, searchable format against the candidate record, instantly available to every recruiter on your team.

Profile Fields Enriched

Hirify enriches candidate profiles with a consistent set of structured fields after each interview. The table below describes what is captured and how it is stored.

Explainable AI

Every field enriched by Hirify is backed by evidence from the interview transcript. When you open a candidate profile, you can click on any enriched data point — a skill, a salary figure, a mobility preference — to see the exact quote from the conversation that generated it. There is no black-box scoring and no unexplained recommendations. This explainability principle applies to qualification scores as well. If a template was applied and the candidate received a score against a specific criterion, you can trace that score back to the precise moment in the interview transcript where the evidence was found. This makes Hirify’s assessments auditable and defensible — important for both internal quality control and GDPR accountability requirements.

Profile History

Candidate profiles in Hirify accumulate structured data across multiple interviews over time. If a candidate is interviewed more than once — for different roles, or at different stages of the same process — each enrichment is stored as a separate, timestamped record attributed to the interviewer who conducted that session. This means you can see how a candidate’s profile has evolved: new skills surfaced in a later interview, a change in salary expectations, or updated availability information. The full history is preserved, and earlier records are never overwritten. Your talent pool becomes richer with every interaction, building a longitudinal picture of each candidate that a standard ATS alone cannot provide.
Apply a qualification template before the interview starts to get structured, criteria-based scoring alongside the standard enrichment fields. Templates map directly to specific role requirements, making candidate comparison much faster. See Templates to explore the 24+ pre-built options or create your own from a job description.
With enriched profiles in place, your entire candidate database becomes queryable in plain language. Learn how to search your talent pool without boolean strings or filter menus in Talent Pool Chat.
