Templates define the qualification criteria for a specific role. Hirify generates a template from your job description, giving every interviewer on your team the same structured framework — so candidate evaluations are consistent, comparable, and auditable. Whether you are filling one position or running a high-volume campaign, templates eliminate the guesswork and subjectivity that creep into unstructured interviews.

Template Library

Hirify ships with 24+ pre-built templates covering the roles most commonly filled by recruitment agencies, ESNs, and accounting firms. You can use them out of the box or customise them to match your clients’ specific requirements.

B2B Sales Representative

Qualification criteria covering pipeline management, prospecting methods, deal size, and sector experience.

Project Manager

Frameworks for methodology (Agile, Prince2, PMP), team size, budget ownership, and stakeholder management.

Accountant

Criteria for software proficiency, reporting scope, consolidation experience, and regulatory knowledge.

Software Developer

Tech-stack assessment, architecture experience, team collaboration style, and seniority benchmarks.

Consultant

Client-facing skills, sector specialisation, mobility, and billing-rate expectations.

HR Manager

HRIS proficiency, headcount management, payroll scope, and employment-law knowledge.
The full library also includes templates for Finance Controller, Legal Counsel, Customer Success Manager, Data Analyst, DevOps Engineer, and many more. Every template can be adapted, and custom templates can be created from any job description — there is no limit to the number of templates your team can build.

Creating a Template

You can generate a new qualification framework in under two minutes by pasting your job description directly into Hirify.
1

Go to Templates

In the Hirify app at app.hirify.fr, select Templates from the main navigation. You will see your team’s existing templates alongside the pre-built library.
2

Click 'New Template'

Select New Template in the top-right corner to open the template builder.
3

Paste Your Job Description

Paste your full job description into the input field — the more detail you provide, the more precise the generated criteria will be. You can also type a description from scratch if you do not have an existing posting.
4

Generate Qualification Criteria

Click Generate. Hirify’s AI analyses the job description and produces a structured set of qualification criteria organised by category — technical skills, soft skills, experience level, mobility, and compensation range.
5

Review and Adjust

Read through the generated criteria and make any adjustments. You can add criteria, remove irrelevant ones, reorder categories, and change the weighting of each criterion to reflect your client’s priorities.
6

Save and Share with Your Team

Click Save. The template is immediately available to all team members and will appear in the template picker whenever anyone starts a new interview for a matching role.

Applying a Template to an Interview

Before starting an interview, Hirify prompts you to select a template for the role you are filling. Once selected, the template works silently in the background during the conversation. As the interview progresses, Hirify maps what the candidate says to each qualification criterion and builds a structured score in real time. At the end of the session, you receive a completed evaluation card with a criterion-by-criterion breakdown — no manual note-taking or post-interview scoring required.
Hirify still captures and structures the interview, but the output will not be scored against a specific role’s criteria. You can apply a template retroactively from the interview record — Hirify will re-analyse the transcript and produce a scored evaluation card after the fact.
Templates are locked once an interview begins to ensure evaluation integrity. If you realise you have selected the wrong template, end the session, select the correct template, and restart. The initial session is saved and can be discarded or kept for reference.

Sharing Templates

Once you save a template, it is immediately visible to everyone on your team. There is no publish step, no permission to grant — saved templates are shared by default.
All templates are shared across your entire workspace. Any team member can use, duplicate, or edit a template. Edits are versioned so you can always revert to a previous state.
Templates are especially powerful for high-volume roles. Create one template per job family — for example, a single “Software Developer” template that covers all mid-to-senior developer positions — and reuse it across your entire team. Every evaluation then uses the same criteria, making candidates directly comparable and giving you an auditable, GDPR-compliant record of every hiring decision.
