How It Works
1
Hirify Joins Your Meeting Automatically
When a meeting is scheduled in your connected calendar, Hirify detects it and sends its recorder to join at the start time. No manual action is needed — the recorder appears in your video call just like any other participant.
2
Audio Is Transcribed in Real Time
Throughout the interview, Hirify transcribes every word spoken by both the recruiter and the candidate. The transcript is generated live and stored securely in the French sovereign data perimeter.
3
AI Analyses the Conversation
Once the interview ends, Hirify’s AI processes the full transcript and extracts key qualification signals, including:
- Skills assessed — both hard (technical) and soft (behavioural)
- Mobility — candidate’s preferred cities, regions, and remote preferences
- Salary expectations — stated range and currency
- Availability — earliest start date and notice period
4
Structured Report Generated and ATS Profile Enriched
A structured candidate report is created from the extracted data and synced back to the candidate’s profile in your ATS. Every field is backed by a direct quote from the transcript so you can verify any data point instantly.
Supported Meeting Platforms
Hirify’s recorder integrates with standard video conferencing tools used by recruitment teams. For phone-based interviews, Hirify uses Telnyx for telephony, allowing the same capture and transcription pipeline to run on voice calls. Whether you conduct interviews over video or phone, the capture workflow remains identical — you run the interview, Hirify handles the rest. What Gets Captured
Every interview processed by Hirify produces a complete structured record. The following data points are extracted and stored against the candidate profile:- Full transcript — a verbatim record of the entire conversation
- Assessed skills — hard skills (technical competencies, tools, certifications) and soft skills (communication, leadership, problem-solving)
- Candidate mobility preferences — city, region, remote/hybrid/on-site preferences
- Salary expectations — declared range and currency
- Availability — earliest available date and length of notice period
- Interview summary — a concise AI-generated overview of the candidate’s profile and suitability
- Recruiter notes — any annotations added by the interviewer during or after the meeting
Transcription is performed by Gladia (hosted in France). AI analysis is performed by Mistral (hosted in France). At no point does your interview data leave the French sovereign data perimeter.
