Hirify uses a small number of carefully selected sub-processors to deliver its service. All sub-processors are either located in France or the EU, or governed by GDPR-compliant data transfer mechanisms under Chapter V. This page gives you a complete, up-to-date picture of every third-party service that may handle candidate data as part of Hirify’s platform.

Sub-Processor List

The table below covers all sub-processors currently used by Hirify.

US-Based Sub-Processors

The majority of Hirify’s sub-processors are located in France or the EU and require no special transfer mechanism. However, two sub-processors used for semantic search — Voyage (US) and Cohere (Canada) — are based outside the EU. Data transferred to these services is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Chapter V, which provide a legally recognised mechanism for transferring personal data to third countries. Critically, the data sent to Voyage and Cohere consists solely of anonymised embedding vectors — dense numerical representations derived from text that are used to power Hirify’s natural language search over your talent pool. These vectors do not contain personally identifiable information such as names, contact details, or interview transcripts. No candidate PII is transferred to US- or Canada-based infrastructure.
This sub-processor list is updated whenever Hirify adds or removes a sub-processor. Volume plan customers are notified of changes by email as per the terms of the Data Processing Agreement. All plan customers can check this page for the current list at any time.
