Go to Settings → Team Members
Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the Hirify app to open Settings, then select Team Members from the left-hand menu. You will see a list of everyone currently in your workspace along with their role and invitation status.Only users with the Admin role can access this page and send invitations.

Click 'Invite Member' and enter an email address
Click the Invite Member button in the top-right corner of the Team Members page. In the dialog that appears, enter the work email address of the person you want to add.You can invite multiple people at once by entering additional email addresses separated by commas. Each person receives their own individual invitation email.

Assign a role
Before sending the invitation, select the role you want to grant the new member:
- Admin — full access to workspace settings, including integrations, billing, and user management. Assign this role to team leads or operations managers.
- Member — access to interview capture, talent pool search, and shared templates. This is the right role for most recruiters and sourcers on your team.

Member accepts the invitation and joins the workspace
The invited person receives an email from Hirify with an Accept Invitation link. When they click it, they are taken to app.hirify.fr to set a password (or sign in via SSO on Volume plan). Once confirmed, they land directly in your shared workspace with access to all interviews and talent pool data appropriate to their role.Invitation links expire after 72 hours. If a link lapses, return to Settings → Team Members, find the pending invitation, and click Resend.

The table below summarizes what each role can and cannot do within a Hirify workspace.On the Volume plan, Hirify supports multi-team workspaces with centralized billing. You can organize seats into distinct teams — for example, separating your IT practice from your finance practice — while managing subscriptions and usage from a single admin console.
