Hirify tells you in the app about what moves forward without you: an interview transcribed, interview notes generated, a request to join, or an event coming from your ATS. This page shows where to read them and what you can turn off.

Open the notification center

Click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar, then hover over Notifications. The list opens on the right. A red dot appears on your avatar and next to Notifications as soon as something is unread. The list itself loads when you open the panel.

Filter by type

Three tabs filter the list: All, Transcripts, and Notes. Each one shows the number of unread items it covers. When nothing matches, the panel shows “No notifications” and “Your notifications will show up here”.

What Hirify notifies you about

The notifications seen in the app: Each row shows its title, its message, and how long ago it arrived. Click a notification. It’s marked as read and takes you to where the action happened. A notification about an interview opens that interview. If it’s about interview notes, the interview opens straight on the notes view. A Pipeline insights notification opens the matching conversation in the Assistant. To clear the red dot in one go, use Mark all as read at the top of the panel. The button stays inactive when everything is already read.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails

Hirify has no notification settings. The notifications listed above can’t be turned on or off. The only emails you can stop are marketing emails.
1

Open the unsubscribe link

It’s at the bottom of the marketing emails Hirify sends. The page is called Email preferences and shows the account concerned.
2

Confirm

Click Unsubscribe from marketing emails. The Cancel button closes the page without changing anything.
Unsubscribing only affects marketing emails. You’ll keep receiving the messages tied to your account: security notifications, transaction confirmations, and other emails the service needs to send.

Good to know

  • The unsubscribe link is personal and tied to your account. Without it, the page can’t be reached.
  • If you’ve already unsubscribed, the page confirms it instead of asking again.
  • Notifications are individual. They follow your account, not your organization.
  • Nothing can be deleted from the panel. Notifications are marked as read, they aren’t erased.
  • Your interview list updates by itself while processing runs. You don’t need to wait for a notification to see an interview move forward.
