The three plans
The Hub plan includes everything in Starter. The Volume plan includes everything in Hub.
What each plan covers
Starter
Starter
- Video and in-person interviews, with no limit on their number.
- Interview notes and analysis.
- Custom templates.
- Advanced export.
- A dedicated phone line with a quota of 300 call minutes per month.
Hub
Hub
Everything in Starter, plus:
- Calls with no minute quota.
- The connection to your ATS.
- Assistant, Sourcing, and Analytics.
- Multi-seat collaboration.
- Priority support.
Volume
Volume
Everything in Hub, plus:
- Single sign-on.
- A tailored contract and billing.
- Dedicated support.
What depends on your plan
- Assistant and Sourcing require at least the Hub plan. Without it, their entries stay visible in the sidebar but grayed out, with the tooltip “Available on the Teams plan”, which refers to the Hub plan.
- Analytics and Data reliability require the Hub plan and the administrator or manager role. Unless both conditions are met, their entries don’t appear.
- Custom templates and calling require at least the Starter plan. The Calling entry only shows in Settings if your plan includes it.
- Connecting your ATS is part of the Hub plan.
- The call minute quota only applies to the Starter plan. On the Hub plan, the Usage page shows “Unlimited minutes this month”.
What depends on your role
There are four roles: administrator, manager, member, and billing admin.- A member only sees their own interviews.
- A manager sees the interviews of the whole organization and the statistics for each member, but manages neither members nor billing.
- An administrator manages members, roles, organization settings, and the subscription, and has access to the whole product.
- A billing admin manages members, the subscription, organization settings, and integrations, with no access to the product. A billing admin doesn’t take up a seat in your subscription.
Check what you have
1
Open the Subscription page
From your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Manage subscription. The entry only appears for administrators and billing admins.
2
Read the My plan tab
The banner at the top of the page shows your plan name, its status, the next billing date, and the number of seats in use.
3
Compare
Further down, the All plans section lists the plans side by side. The Monthly / Annual toggle recalculates the amounts and shows the discount for paying annually.
Good to know
- A missing feature can come from your plan or from your role. Start by checking your role on the members page, since it’s more often the cause.
- Changing plans happens on the Subscription page and is only open to an administrator or a billing admin.
- An organization can connect only one ATS at a time, whatever the plan.
- Single sign-on is set up with the Hirify team. There’s no configuration screen on the customer side.
- Hirify never decides for you. By default, the interview notes and the evaluation only go to your ATS when you act: you send them from the interview’s ATS panel, and you’re asked to confirm.
- Two automations, however, can write without an approval for each interview: summary tags added to the candidate’s profile after each analyzed interview, and custom fields that were still empty getting filled in. With the Teamtailor Hirify card, a third setting, Publish the analysis automatically, also sends the analysis and the interview notes as soon as the interview ends. All of them are off by default. Only an administrator or a billing admin turns them on, per connection, in Settings > Integrations. Filling in only touches empty fields, you’re notified, and you can undo it from the interview’s ATS panel. See ATS automations.
