Three screens stand between signing up and your workspace: your account, your name, and your company. You then complete your profile from the settings.

Create your account

1

Open the sign-up screen

The screen is titled Create your account. It tells you what comes next: “You’ll set up your workspace right after.”
2

Enter your work email

The Work email field is also used to connect you to your colleagues’ workspace if they already use Hirify with the same domain.
3

Choose a password

Use at least 8 characters that mix two types of characters (letters, numbers, capital letters, and so on), or use 12 characters. A strength meter updates as you type. As long as the password isn’t strong enough, the submit button stays disabled and the screen tells you what to fix.
4

Submit

Click Create my account. You land on the first setup step.
If your organization uses single sign-on, don’t create a password. Use Sign in with SSO on the sign-in screen instead.

Enter your name

The What’s your name? screen asks for your First name and Last name. It explains why: “Your name appears on the interview notes you share with your team.” Click Continue.

Name your company

1

Let Hirify look for your colleagues

For a moment, the screen shows “Checking whether your colleagues already have a workspace.” The search is based on the domain of your email address.
2

If your colleagues are already here

The Your colleagues are already here screen suggests their organization and shows how many active members it has. Click Request to join, or Create my own organization if you’d rather have a separate workspace.
3

Otherwise, name your workspace

The Your company screen asks for the Company name. This name “identifies your workspace and the colleagues you’ll invite later.” Click Continue.
4

If you work on your own

Click I work on my own. Hirify creates your workspace without asking for a company name.
Once the workspace exists, Hirify reminds you what that means: anyone with an email address on your domain can now request to join it.

Complete your profile

Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then open Profile. The Personal information section notes that this information is “Shown on your interview notes and to your team.” Finish with Save.

Good to know

  • An account’s email address can’t be changed. The Profile page shows it marked “Can’t be changed”.
  • The Your company step only asks for the name. No industry, no company size.
  • The Role field on the Profile page is a job title. It grants no rights. Your permissions depend on your organization role, described in Choose each member’s role.
  • On the sign-in screen, Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn appear disabled and marked “coming soon”. You sign in with a password or with single sign-on.
  • An account belongs to a single organization.
  • Creating a workspace doesn’t connect anything. You connect your calendar and your ATS later from Settings then Integrations, and calling from Settings then Calling.
