Access: Hub plan, with a connected ATS.
The interview notes can go to the candidate profile, along with your verdict when your ATS accepts one. You’re the one who sends them, after a preview and a confirmation. You don’t pick a destination: Hirify works it out from your ATS and the permissions granted to the connection.

Before you share

The Share the analysis section sits in the interview’s ATS tab, below the Application section. Its button stays inactive while something is missing, and the line below it tells you what to do: When nothing is missing, the same line sums up what will be sent, for example “Review signed with your name, interview notes as a comment, after your review.”

Share the analysis

1

Open the interview's ATS tab

In the vertical bar on the right of the page, click ATS. The Share the analysis section comes after the Application section.
2

Pick a verdict if the selector is shown

When your ATS requires a verdict, the Pick a verdict selector appears above the button. It offers five positions, each with a reminder:
  • Strong no: “Rule out without reservation”
  • No: “Not the right match”
  • Maybe: “Worth discussing, mixed signals”
  • Yes: “Aligned profile, recommended”
  • Strong yes: “Ideal profile, hire without delay”
3

Click Share the analysis

A confirmation window opens, titled with the name of your ATS. It reminds you which application you’re writing to and lists what will be sent, one line per destination.
4

Review, then confirm

Review the note expands the text as it will be sent. If your ATS accepts a graded review without requiring one, check Add a graded review and pick a verdict. Then click Share.
An “Analysis shared” message confirms the push. The section then shows when it was shared, who shared it, and a link to the profile in your ATS. While the push runs, it says “Pushing to” your ATS and updates on its own. The button becomes Share again.
What you share is written to the candidate profile in your ATS. Review the note before you confirm.

What gets sent, ATS by ATS

A verdict is required. The push creates a review signed with your name. If the connection has the Messages permission, the review carries the interview’s key takeaways and the interview notes go to the candidate’s notes. Without that permission, the interview notes go as a comment on the review, and the section suggests reconnecting SmartRecruiters with the Messages permission.

Follow the push history

The History link, on the section’s status line, opens the Push history window. It lists the pushes made from this interview, with their count. As long as nothing has been sent, it says “Nothing pushed yet.” Each row has a status:
  • Sent: the push arrived. An icon opens the profile in your ATS.
  • Pending: “Waiting for … to confirm. Refresh in a moment.” The refresh icon at the top of the window reads the status again.
  • Failed: the error message appears, with a Try again button.
  • Deleted: the push was removed. The row stays, struck through.
Hover over the status to see who sent it. The verdict that was sent follows the status, or “Note” for a push without a verdict. When an evaluation already existed on the application, the row says “Pushed as a comment (an evaluation already existed)”. Beyond five entries, a Show more button expands the next ones.

Remove a push

The delete icon only appears on a Sent push, and only for the person who made it.
The Delete this push? window is explicit: the matching evaluation will be deleted in your ATS, and this can’t be undone. The entry stays in the history with the “Deleted” status, and you can push a new evaluation later. Confirm with Delete push.

Good to know

  • The interview notes and your verdict never leave on their own through this share. It’s always triggered by a person, after a preview and a confirmation.
  • Only completed interview notes can be shared. The note open when you share is the one that gets sent.
  • If the preview doesn’t load, the window says “The preview couldn’t be loaded.” and the Share button stays inactive. Close the window and start again.
  • Interview notes too long for your ATS are cut at the length it accepts. The confirmation window says so, and the attached link opens the full interview notes.
  • In a SmartRecruiters review, the key takeaways are sent as they stand when you share. Regenerating them later doesn’t change the review that was sent.
  • You can’t delete a colleague’s push from Hirify. Go through your ATS, or ask them to remove it.
  • Unlinking the interview from the application doesn’t erase the push history and doesn’t remove anything from your ATS.
  • Outside this share, two automations can write to the candidate profile if an administrator or a billing admin has turned them on: summary tags and filling in custom fields that are still empty. With the Teamtailor Hirify card, the Publish the analysis automatically setting also sends the analysis and the interview notes to the profile as soon as the interview ends. It’s off by default.
