Your current plan
The My plan entry opens on a summary banner. It shows your plan name, a status badge, the next billing date, and the number of seats in use. The most common statuses:The plans: Starter, Hub, and Volume
Further down, the All plans section compares the plans side by side. A Current plan badge marks yours.- Starter, €29 per seat per month excluding VAT: record and write up your interviews, with 300 call minutes per month.
- Hub, €59 per seat per month excluding VAT: everything in Starter with no minute quota, plus the connection to your ATS, Assistant, Sourcing, and Analytics.
- Volume, on quote: everything in Hub, plus single sign-on, dedicated support, and a tailored contract and billing. The price shows as “Custom” and the Talk to our team button opens a contact form.
Change plans or switch to annual billing
Above the grid, the Monthly / Annual toggle recalculates the amounts and shows the discount you get by paying annually. On annual billing, each card shows the monthly equivalent, billed once a year.1

The card’s button adapts to your situation: Switch to annual, Add 1 seat, Remove 1 seat, or the name of the plan you’re moving to. A line under the button shows the exact amount before you click.
Removing a seat isn’t refunded. The screen says so before you act: “no refund or credit for the current period”. You also can’t go below the number of active members. The button is disabled and the reason is shown.
Your seats and who uses one
Every active member takes up a seat whatever their role, except the billing admin, who doesn’t use one. Deactivated accounts free up theirs. The My plan banner shows the seats in use against the seats subscribed. The members page warns you when fewer than three are left, then when none are left.Usage for the period
The Usage entry shows the current period and three counters.- Call minutes: the total used. If your plan sets a cap, the screen also shows that cap, what’s left, and the reset date. On a plan with no cap, it reads “Unlimited minutes this month”.
- Interviews · this month: the number of interviews recorded since the start of the period.
- Active members: the number of active people against the seats subscribed.
Add or change your payment method
The Manage billing, invoices and card button, in the Billing entry, opens the secure payment portal. That’s where you add or replace your card. During a trial, Hirify reminds you to add a card as the end date approaches. An Add your payment method window offers Add my card or Later. You aren’t charged until the trial is over.Find your invoices
Your invoices live in the same portal: open Manage billing, invoices and card from the Billing entry. The summary shown in Hirify is limited to your plan, the number of seats, the billing period, and the next billing date.Cancel your subscription

- Choosing the Hub or Volume plan doesn’t open a payment. The button opens a form to contact the Hirify team.
- Once the cancellation takes effect, the status changes to Canceled and the screen reads “No access to paid features”.
- No notification tells you that a seat has just been freed. You can read the count on the members page.
