Open support requests
Click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar, then Support requests. The entry only appears if you can manage the organization’s members. Just above it in the same menu, Contact support opens the support chat. That’s where you create a request, not from the tracking page.Read the table
A count line opens the page, for example “4 requests · 1 open”. Below it, each request takes one row of the table.
When no request has been opened yet, the page shows “No support requests yet.”
Categories
Requests fall into six categories: Incident, Bug, Question, Billing, Feature request, and Other. A request that just arrived stays Uncategorized until it’s classified. You don’t pick the category when you write to support. It’s inferred from the conversation and updates as the exchange goes on.Good to know
- The page is read-only. You can’t reply to a request or reopen it there. Pick up the conversation in the support chat instead.
- The table shows a summary of the request and the reply, never the full conversation.
- Tracking works at the organization level. You also see your colleagues’ requests, not just your own.
- Access is limited to administrators and billing admins. Members and managers don’t have this entry in their menu.
- A resolved request stays available. Its status changes, but it stays in the table.
