Check the reliability of your data

The Data reliability page shows what your dashboards can calculate today and the exact action that unlocks the rest. It doesn’t grade your organization. It counts.

Open the page

In the sidebar, under Data, click Data reliability. The toolbar offers a Build a dashboard shortcut to go straight back to Analytics.

Read the count

At the top of the page, a sentence gives the count: N of M analyses available. The bar just below breaks down the split, repeated in the legend: “N available · N partial · N pending”. On the right, Synced from your ATS on followed by a date shows how fresh the imported data is. There are only three states: An available analysis whose coverage is below 100% shows its percentage on its badge.

To unlock: the missing action

The To unlock section gives one row to each locked analysis: what’s blocking it and what to do. The action is spelled out, for example:

• Rejection reasons: “Record the reason when rejecting in your ATS.”
• Geographic breakdown: “Fill in the job locations in your ATS.”
• Contract types: “Fill in the contract type of the jobs in your ATS.”
• Interviews linked to the pipeline: “Link each interview to its application from its page.”
• Scheduled interviews (ATS): “Schedule interviews in your ATS.”

When the data is there but incomplete, the row shows the exact count, as N of M. One row stands apart. Pipeline history covers three analyses: “Unlocks pipeline progression, time to hire and offer acceptance on its own.” It carries the fills in on its own tag. This history builds up as your ATS syncs to Hirify, with nothing to do on your side.

Available analyses

The Available section gathers, as badges, what can already be calculated for you. Depending on your data, you’ll find for example Pipeline volumes, Conversion rates, Application sources, Profile families, Job salaries, Salary expectations, Interview evaluations, or Interviews run with Hirify. Hovering over a badge shows the detailed figures.

What your ATS has sent

The ATS integration section shows the volume already in place: jobs, candidates, applications, synced CVs, evaluations, and scheduled interviews. Below it, the Ingested per day (last 14 days) chart shows the pace at which data arrives. Under the chart, the “Last sync per source” line gives the date of the latest sync. Without a connected ATS, a banner appears at the top of the page. It says that no ATS is connected, that only analyses of interviews run in Hirify are available, and that connecting your applicant tracking system unlocks the rest.

Candidates excluded by consent

At the bottom of the page, when it applies, a line shows how many candidates are excluded from profile search by consent, with this note: “A respected choice, not missing data. The analyses above count every candidate.”

Dashboard reliability, block by block

The same candor applies to every dashboard. When a dashboard has something to flag, a Dashboard reliability mention appears above the blocks, with a Details link to this page. It sums up the exceptions: blocks on partial data, blocks waiting for data, blocks that ignore some of the filters, and blocks that couldn’t be calculated. At block level, a small info marker in the header opens the precise reason. A dashboard with no exceptions shows nothing. Silence means all clear.

Good to know

• The list of analyses is the same for every organization. Only the states change, which makes the “N of M” count comparable over time.
• The count is a number of available analyses out of a total, never a quality score for your data.
• A pending analysis isn’t a malfunction. It’s data that hasn’t been entered yet, or hasn’t been synced yet.
• Without a connected ATS, only analyses of interviews run in Hirify are available. The others wait for a connection.
• This page doesn’t change anything. The actions it recommends happen in your ATS or on the page of the interview concerned.
• If Data profile unavailable shows, the calculation didn’t complete at that moment. Reload the page a few minutes later.
