Find your boards
In the sidebar, expand Analytics and click Boards. The page lists the boards you can access: yours and those your colleagues shared. Each row shows the author, the age, and the visibility, Private or Team. A search field and a sort, Recent or Alphabetical, help you find your way. Pinned boards stay on top whatever the sort. The Build button leads to the page where boards are created. A ready-made board opened from Build only appears in the list after a click on Add to my boards.Evolve a board with Hirify

Open the board
Under its title, a line shows its visibility, its author, and when it was last saved.

Click Ask Hirify
The button, at the top right, opens the conversation in a panel next to the board. It picks up the conversation that built the board.

Ask a question or ask for a change
A question (“why this delay?”) gets an answer and the board stays as it is. A change (“add the split by recruiter”) updates the board in place, without changing its name or its sharing. The block added or changed carries the New label.
On a colleague’s shared board, a change creates your own copy, which opens. Your colleague’s board isn’t touched.
Change the period of a block
Some blocks, such as interviews by weekday, offer their own period in their header: 1W, 1M, 3M, 6M, or 1Y. Only that block is recalculated. This choice isn’t saved and goes away when the page reloads. To change the period of the whole board, use the Period chip above the blocks.Get the board analyzed
The Analyze this dashboard button asks for a reading of the figures shown. While it runs, it shows Analyzing…. The analysis covers the current view, filters included. Observations show in the What Hirify notices panel, and those about a specific block also sit behind that block’s info marker. Each observation offers Ask Hirify, which opens the conversation with a question about that point already written. A line sums up the result: Analysis · 1 observation, Analysis · N observations, or Analysis · nothing to report. The button then becomes Run analysis again. The refresh button recalculates the figures. The Refreshed at mention gives the time of the last calculation.Set a target on a metric
A target goes on a block that shows a single number, on a board you own.1
Click the target icon
It appears in the block’s header, with the tooltip Set a target.

Enter the value
The Block target window asks for a Target value. The block’s unit shows to the right of the field. Click Save.
Share, pin, rename, duplicate, delete
These actions are in the actions menu (the … button) on a board’s page. The menu at the end of each row of the list offers them too, except Arrange blocks.- Share with your team makes the board visible to your organization’s administrators and managers. Make private undoes it. Opened by a colleague, a shared board shows Shared by followed by your name.
- Pin moves the board to the top of the list. Unpin undoes it.
- Rename opens the Rename dashboard window.
- Duplicate creates a private copy that you own.
- Arrange blocks lets you drag a block by its handle, set its size to Small, Medium, or Full width, rename it, or delete it. Nothing is saved until Done.
- Delete asks for confirmation: “This can’t be undone.”
Good to know
- Only a board’s owner can rename it, pin it, change its visibility, set a target, arrange its blocks, or delete it. Others can read it, ask a question about it, and duplicate it.
- A board saves a composition, not figures. The data is recalculated each time it opens.
- Filters and the period aren’t saved in the board. They live in the page address, which makes them shareable but not persistent.
- “Your team” means your organization’s administrators and managers, the only people with access to Analytics.
